Q. How long has Winter Park Laser & Anti-Aging Center been in business?
A. Winter Park Laser was opened by Aneta K. Filardo CME, MBA in November of 2004 with Jan V. Karlin M.D. serving as current Medical Director of Winter Park Laser.
Q.What makes Winter Park Laser different from other spas?
A. The thing that sets us apart is the high level of certification, training, and experience that each of our expert professionals has in their field of expertise. We pride ourselves on being privately owned which gives you the luxury of having more one on one attention and time-as we want each client to have an “experience” to remember, and the highest level in customer service possible including complimentary consultations, free educational materials, goodie bags, free VIP client events, and promotions just for current clients.
Q. Do you have any male clients?
A. Yes, we have many male clients who love our services just as much as our female clients do. Many men have laser hair removal treatments in all areas of their bodies, acne treatments, facials, and Velashape Body Sculpting for love handles. In fact, we have clients of just about every gender, ethnicity, age, and size!
Q. Should I shave before my laser hair removal appointment?
A. Yes! You should shave the area as you would normally before your treatment, 1-2 days before the treatment is ideal.
Q. If I have a laser or light to medium chemical peel on my face, will I be able to go out tomorrow in public?
A. Yes, while every one reacts differently to treatments, normally only slight redness or pink will appear for a few hours along with very slight possible flaking over the next 24 hours for IPL, or light to medium chemical peels. You can also wear make-up the next day. Strong peels or laser treatments such as the Vi, or Fractional require 2-4 days of down-time.
Q. Do you reward clients for referring your services?
A. Yes! Clients receive a $25 credit towards services for every referral they send to Winter Park Laser! After 5 referrals, they also receive a free Facial! After 8 referrals, they receive a free laser treatment!!
Q. Do you have Gift Certificates, or Holiday Packages available?
A. Yes, Winter Park Laser has gift cards available in any amount for every occasion. We also have Unique, promotional Holiday Packages Available for any and every Holiday!
